We’re independently owned and operated by Kris Court who established
the business in 2002.

We have significant experience in lending. Along with our dedication to exceptional customer service, our expertise in lending is our greatest strength. Our customer's benefit from this with smart loan solutions and superior customer service.

Once you become a client, you become a client for life. After your loan
has settled, we provide ongoing customer service and stay in touch to
help ensure your loan stays suitable for your changing needs. Whenever
you have a question about your loan you can call us, we’re here to help.

We have accreditation with 35 of Australia’s leading lenders. Read more

We are proud to offer our service to you at no charge. Our clients do
not pay us for the work we do - the lenders do. Normal lending fees
and charges apply, however there is no fee for Court Financial Services work. In return for organising your loan, lenders pay us a commission.
We are always upfront about the commissions we receive; in fact we disclosure this to you in our commission disclosure statement.
