Meet our staff

Kris Court
Director

Kris established Court Financial Services (CFS) in 2002 after a distinguished 15-year career in banking.

Kris has a very hands-on role at CFS. He conducts all client interviews and prepares all recommendations. He also takes the time to understand where clients want to be financially in the future, and helps them choose a home loan that fits their overall plan.

Prior to starting his own business, Kris worked for Challenge Bank, Bank of Melbourne and Citibank. His extensive experience in the banking industry has enabled him to accumulate an in depth knowledge of both commercial and residential lending.




While at Citibank, Kris spent three years managing leading mortgage brokers. This experience allowed him to develop a strong understanding about what is needed to deliver the best level of service and expertise to mortgage broking customers. Kris received numerous awards while at Citibank for his lending expertise and turnover of loans written.

Kris is passionate about customer service and has built Court Financial Services on the basis that all clients receive a high level of personal attention.
         



 


Leigh Deledio
Senior Finance Consultant

As the Senior Finance Consultant at Court Financial Services, Leigh is passionate about all aspects of lending and provides an expert level of knowledge to clients. Leigh is driven by developing smart finance solutions for customers following the full consideration of each clients’ situation and needs. In keeping with Court Financial Services style of operation, Leigh’s service is highly professional, personal and continues well beyond the loan application and settlement stage. 

 

Leigh joined Court Financial Services in May 2007 following seven years of experience as a mortgage broker and further experience in realestate. His well established career in finance and credible reputation in the industry is backed by a Diploma of Business and full accreditation with the Mortgage Finance Association of Australia.
  
         

 


Daniel Seuren
Mortgage Portfolio Manager

As the Mortgage Portfolio Manager, Daniel assists Kris to provide customer service to all clients.

Daniel is a home loan specialist with significant experience in assessing loan applications. In addition to his industry knowledge, he recently completed a Diploma of Mortgage Lending from the Securities Institute.

  





Before joining Court Financial Services, Daniel worked at Citibank where he held credit approval authority in the home loan department.

 
         

 


Suzannah Court
Business Planning and Marketing

Suzannah works with Kris to prepare business strategies. She also manages the implementation of marketing activities and co-ordinates client communication materials.

Suzannah has a Bachelor of Commerce, a Post Graduate Marketing degree and diverse experience in corporate marketing.
