As of November 2023, Court Financial Services merged with award winning mortgage broking business UFinancial, and will be adopting the UFinancial brand name and logo. Kris Court established Court Financial Services in 2002 after a distinguished 15-year career in banking with Citibank, Bank of Melbourne, and Challenge Bank. During this time, Kris developed an in-depth knowledge of commercial and residential lending and what is required to deliver the best level of service and expertise to borrowers.
At the core of Kris’ business approach is the priority he places on operating with integrity and delivering a level of service that meets, and strives to exceed, client expectations. Kris also places a priority on expertise and education. He invests continually in the ongoing training of his team to ensure they are always up to date with the home loan market, superannuation, investment strategies, industry changes, and legislation.

With 20 years of lending experience, Daniel is Court Financial Services’ home loan specialist, providing an expert level of knowledge to all clients. Daniel joined the CFS team in 2005 and has developed a loyal client following as a result of his expertise, diligence, professionalism, and approachable manner.
At CFS, Daniel assists clients with lending for all purposes. Prior to joining CFS, Daniel worked at Citibank where he served as the credit approval authority in the home loan department. Daniel is an accredited Mortgage Consultant with the MFAA and has specialised qualifications for mortgage brokers including a Diploma of Lending from the Securities Institute. Daniel’s main focus at CFS is the management of new and existing CFS home loan clients.

Geoff commenced his Financial Services career with Citibank in 1996. Geoff Campbell & Associates Pty Ltd was established in 2000 which allowed Geoff to successfully operate his own mortgage broking business.
In order to expand his service to clients Geoff Campbell & Associates Pty Ltd aligned with Court Financial Services.
Since 2013 Geoff has operated under the Court Financial Services name and maintains his significantly high level of lending expertise and professionalism.
Geoff continues to educate himself to ensure he is up to date with the ever changing mortgage market and continues to deliver a premium level of service for both new and existing clients.
How We Get Paid
There is no cost to use our service. As a Court Financial Services home loan client, you do not pay us a fee for the work we do for you. We are paid by the lender when your loan is settled. This is disclosed to you in our initial meetings.
